I know what Greatest-Integer is by definition and all; like [4.3]= 4, but how do i graph it by hand and using a graphing utility like my TI-83 calculator to graph it. And give me steps to complete it. Please and thank you!

A) Does f ' (2) exist?

B) Show that the only local extreme value of f occurs at x = 2.

C) Does the result in B contradict the Extreme Value Theorem?

The Salad Forks were the best team in the soccer league. They won 4/5 of their 25 games. How many games did they win? Write this number as a decimal and a percent.
