you do not use contractions in a perfect essay it does sound weird and wonderful yet thats only using fact your not used to using formal language in spite of the shown fact that this is suited that way instead of i'm going to wager, say i'm going to wager

You can use personal pronouns but not first or second person, only third person.
Things you can do :-
1) Instead of saying "I think" you say "It is thought"
... instead of saying "I drank a glass of water" say "A glass of water was drunk".
2) Instead of saying " from the above, You can see" you say "....it can be seen".
How you start depends on the question. Give us the question and, if I see it, I will give ideas on how to start it.

instead of using we, you, they... you simply write "it was found that blah blah blah..."
