Something is"blown over for someone"...



Here's the context (I'm an English teacher working on a M. Manson interview about the Columbine shooting):

Kurt Loder:
Do you feel that's pretty much all blown over for you, the whole Columbine thing?
Marilyn Manson:
I think it has. I think it was kind of insulting of the media to exploit that particular event, because so many other events like that happened.

I go to a acadmically challenging boarding school that is one of the best high schools in the nation. 4 Year var football and Track.(My times are good enough to walk on) Co- head of Chess and African club. Member of Black and Hispanic student alliance. I'm a dorm Proctor and a DJ for my school radio. 50+ hours of community service at a local retirement home. Grades range between B's and B+'s but have shown great improvement since my freshman year. SAT's 690 C.R 670 MATH 610 WRITING, 6 AP classes.

I have lived in America most of my life though originally from india. We go to visit every two or three years. My main concern tho is if I can succeed in an Indian college? Will my studies be up to it? Aren't they advanced? All I know is that it will cost less for me...

i'm getting my ged. i want to go to college to become an english teacher. it feels a little contradicting to me to become a teacher with a ged since i didn't complete school myself.. :/ am i being foolish? haha. i mean i left school because of medical problems and i was out so much.. so i don't know. help?
