I have a scholarship but am still a little short for my fee 1200 dollars to be exact and I dont hardly make any money. How do I get a ferderal grant?

if you are a good student, you feel like society says you have to go to college, i am in this situation

i want to look into trades, especially drafting, possibly from a technical school but everyone is assuming i'm going to a 4 year university and i feel like i'll let them down because most people in my extended family went to 4 year colleges (one went to a 2 year and one didn't go)

my parents call technical schools "refridgerator repair schools" even though they know nothing about them and that is just one program the school offers

is anyone else in a similar situation

does anyone have advice

i passed 12th this year with 68%. i was preparing for pre medical entrance exam for lest two years.unfortunatly i did not gst a college.so now i plan to quit my stream n get in to something new. so i just wanted to know what r the future scopes for me. plz help me out. dont answer just to gain points its serious 4 me!

Children come unprepared for learning, five year olds never having looked at a book, they don't know the ABC's or thier colors, abusive homes, drug infested environments, uninvolved parents-grandparents-group homes-foster care, if a child has been given nothing and gets nothing from home every day how will that child perform to an academic level beyond that of their parents. (there are always success stories but not enough of them) How can a teacher be the blame for failure.

Ok so I am a lead teacher at a daycare center. On a good day I have an assistant and an aide. My assistant and I have been bumping heads A LOT lately because I feel like our boards should be for the childrens art work and their information. She wants them to be pretty nicely done stuff etc (which when you have children doing it though it is always cute it is not fancy). Which is an issue all in itself too because first of all to me if she has enough time to sit and color on the clock she isnt doing her job...but thats not my issue this time. I compromised and said one of the boards can be hers BUT that though it can be primarily her work the children MUST be included somehow. It is afterall their room and the parents dont care to see her artistic talents. But whenever I remind her that the childrens work needs to be up there too-what she includes is totally up to her she gets upset with me...CONTINUED...

I am in serrious need of some fund to purchace college supplies such as texbooks, a drafting table, and Adobe Photoshop CS2. My classes start on July 10th and I am stuck. I applied for my Stafford loan but apparently that money is going for tution and I will not recieve a dime of it.
