(I'am using John as my cousin's Name)

Hi people, John is 15 years old this year and he getting bullied by a bunch of people who are pysically stronger then him and bigger size then him. They bullied John pysically and called him names. John went to the teachers and parents but after the bullies were punished, they go around telling everyone that John is a coward who goes to teachers and parents. And not long ago when John was going to the toilet alone, they all went to the toilet and surrounded John, they told John to fight 1on1 with one of them, John kept quiet and tried to leave the toilet but they pulled him back and assulted him. John had no choice but to defend himself and he cried and soon the cleaning lady came in and stopped everything. They told John not to tell anyone about this as they would assult him again if he does. I told John to tell the teachers but he was too afraid to do so. How should John react when he is being assulted again or offered to another fight ? Help..

A son is leaving school to go home. His father is leaving home to go into town. On the way they have a terrible accident in which the son and father are seriously injured. Two ambulances arrive and take each to a different hospital. The son arrived at his hospital and is rushed into the emergancy room where the doctor arrives and reveals I can not treat this boy when asked why the doctor replys he is my son? how is this possible

My mom is getting stressed out because my sister is out of town on a business trip, and there is no one to pick up my nephew (almost 16) from a night class at a community college next Monday. My sister is divorced, and the father says he can't get off work early.

I suggested to my mom that 1) It's my sister's problem. If both parents can't take time off of work, maybe they shouldn't have signed their son up for that class in the first place. As an uncle, I shouldn't have to take the day off to play chauffeur.

2) He is 16. He's 5' 7". There is nothing wrong with teaching a big 16 year old to take the bus home. My mom is worried that it is not safe to take the bus home at night, though I tried to reassure her that it is still light out at 8:30pm this week. She is worried that he is not responsible enough and might miss the bus.

Am I right? My mom (the grandmother) is angry at me for not caring. But I think it's time to teach my nephew how to take care of himself.

I have recently asked for a letter of exemption from the Selective services as I was in H1-B Status when I entered the country and stayed in that status till age of 30. But they came back to me asking for my first I-94 when I first entered the country. I tried to explain to them that that1-94 card is taken back at the airport when you go out again, but they are insisting that I have to somehow provide that. They say that copy my H1-B visa somehow doesn't prove the fact that I was in H1-B status till '00.
To me it sounds outrageous. Am I missing something here? Did anyone experience the same problem. Is there a way to get the document that can satisfy them?
