I'm totally blown away!! Hi nice ta meet ya massachusetts is in fact a state! a lil quote from wikipedia.. .. i used caps for the most important line....

46 states and 4 commonwealths. Massachusetts, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky are Commonwealths.
I don't think that Dawn had Civics at her high school. Check Wikipedia to learn about the 4 commonwealths of the United States of America.
Americans (and yes, I am one) who don't know anything about their own country or government are the reason that it is so easy for people like Jay Leno to find people to look stupid on national TV.
