(I'am using John as my cousin's Name)
Hi people, John is 15 years old this year and he getting bullied by a bunch of people who are pysically stronger then him and bigger size then him. They bullied John pysically and called him names. John went to the teachers and parents but after the bullies were punished, they go around telling everyone that John is a coward who goes to teachers and parents. And not long ago when John was going to the toilet alone, they all went to the toilet and surrounded John, they told John to fight 1on1 with one of them, John kept quiet and tried to leave the toilet but they pulled him back and assulted him. John had no choice but to defend himself and he cried and soon the cleaning lady came in and stopped everything. They told John not to tell anyone about this as they would assult him again if he does. I told John to tell the teachers but he was too afraid to do so. How should John react when he is being assulted again or offered to another fight ? Help..

Oh my goodness! I can't believe parents still haven't taught their kids not to bully others. Has everyone forgotten Columbine? Anyway, John shouldn't have to put up with all that crap. He has done everything in his power, without resorting to violence, to stop those idiots. Now I think he has to fight back. If the teacher, parents and other adults in his school know about this, and are powerless (obviously!) to stop it, then he needs to protect himself. He needs to prove to them that he can also give, not just receive. I feel awkward advising this, but it worked for me in the 2nd grade, so hopefully it'll work for him.

Sounds to me like John should tell his parents and have them file a complaint with the police. Police involvement may be the only way to put a stop to this. Nobody should have to put up with anything like what your cousin is putting up with.
The only other alternative I can think of is transferring to another school-is this something that John can do?

he should find a friend to go everywhere with him until it stops. not a friend whol run away at the sight of these guys a friend whol stick by John. once he finds this friend he should tell the administrator of his school. what everyone else said is true but if for one reason or another the police become inefective but he cant change schools or doesnt want to he should try what i said.

i guess he could just change schools, he could start afresh away from the bullies and have a chance to make new friends. I really doubt the teachers will really be able to do much about it and the police wont be able to either if there is no evidence.. best of luck to that poor kid!!!

Assault is no longer an issue for the school, it becomes a crime and the police should be called. John needs to go to school and directly to the principals office, explain to them he was assaulted and have them bring in the police. Besides assault being illegal, it is also illegal to threaten someone with bodily harm.

Actually, I think his parents should have called the police and it's time for those kids to get suspended or expelled from school, because this has gone beyond bullying.

If it is PHYSICAL -- Go to the police.
It is against the law to put your hands on another person. They can / will be persecuted.
Good luck.
