I am currently in the training process to become an Assistant Team Leader (basically lower assistant manager) at a chick-fil-a. I was formerly a team member (crew), How can I be an effective fast-food manager? What good and bad traits have you seen from fast food managers in this industry? If youre a manager, how do you run the place? Give personal stories if you have them.

we dont eat there often so when we do we always get the same thing well 3 times ago we got a good meal so we went back and that time they cut the size of my husband 3-way in half and you got alot les fries well we went there the other night and he got a 3-way and i got the 2 small coney and fri and my son got the cheesburger and fries... i am not kidding there were like 6 bites to my husbands 3-way and i had im not kidding here a total of 10 fries and my son got 12.. and his burger tasted freezer burnt then we get the bill and it was almost 20 freakin dollors that is crazy.. anyone else notice the shrinking portions and the higher prices???
