It is not real meat. I knew a lady that worked in the corporate office. She said that the patties were made out of by products. Like cow eyes, livers, tounge, that kind of stuff, so it is TECHNICALLY still beef, just not beef you would eat if you know what you were eating.

Please don't believe all the rumors you see. The USDA does not use letter grades for meat, so there is no such thing as Grade F meat. And made from worms? Give me a break.
McDonalds uses real meat, but eating red meat cooked in saturated fat is never good for you. Sure it tastes great, but unfortunately it's not so healthy.

McDonald's is real beef. They cannot advertise beef patties if it isn't. But it isn't the healthiest of beef. It isn't ground sirloin if that is what you were asking. I blieve it's more like a 60/40 meat/fat ratio. When the fat is grilled off, the burgers are quite thin; so that's where I have come to this conclusion.
Don't let people tell you its fake meat though. Fake meat would be soy and soy is good for you.

particular, McDonald's makes use of actual meat. it is not "fairly nasty", yet you and that i be attentive to you ought to no longer consume such extreme-fat nutrition as one in all their burgers better than approximately as quickly as a week. Their rooster sandwiches are plenty much less fatty, yet they do tend to be somewhat extreme in sodium, which, whilst mixed with salty fries, is likewise some thing we could desire to consistently no longer overindulge in. i could recommend that in case you relish burgers, you're making your man or woman at homestead making use of better lean floor pork and grilling the patties. you does no longer grill outdoors in enormous apple in wintertime, yet a grill pan works reliable on the kitchen range. Use entire wheat hamburger buns and unfold your burger with fat-unfastened condiments like Miracle Whip, salt-unfastened Thousand Island dressing, or low-sodium ketchup. once I try this, although, it tastes somewhat bland - so I upload only a sprint floor cayenne once I make up the beef patties. provides it only that better tang and y'do no longer miss the salt plenty.

No, it's not real, it's fake it's made out of meat but not the cuts that you would eat. All the thinks on the menu are fake they say that the milkshakes and ice cream, most of the desserts are pig fat, and the rest of the menu, you do not want to know. It's not good at all, the food calories go right to your thighs (it may kill you if you eat to much) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cVR7tkajFpg - www.youtube.com/watch?v=4k6h6KeY2Fs - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJ7PZd6UHo8 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9q4S4S5npSg

No, it's meat, but with a lot of crap added to it. Not good for you, and it hasn't been good for you since forever. It is junk food, and therefore should only be consumed occasionally.

No, it's not true. They're doing a big ad campaign on it in Aussie at the moment and showing these teenagers going on a road trip to prove that it's all top grade meat and fish in all their products. It would have to be true, or they'd get their asses sued off.
