I got a fat a ss , so I prefer less FAT!!

i would recommand a KFC 3 piece quarter pack, if u think it is not enough, order another 3 pieces in KFC

If you definitely want the meals you specified, here is the nutritional information for each:
1. KFC's 3 piece quarterpack = [about] 250 cals and 20g fat
2. Burger King Whopper Combo = 700 cals and 42g fat (you could try the low-carb alternative. That is only 280 cals and 20g fat)
3. McDonald's Big Mac Combo = 204 cals and 16g fat
4. Wendy's Big Classic Combo = 680 cals and 39g fat
I wouldn't suggest either. I think Subway would be a better option. Their sandwhiches are tasty, varied and nutricious with a maximum of 6 grams fat or less. If you have to go to the restauraunts you listed, try having a salad rather than the quarterpack chicken or burger combos. The salads are pretty filling and if eaten with a non-fat (or low-fat) salad dressing, can reduce whatever calories would be taken in by the more fattening types.

go with Wendy's. Don't be fooled into thinking that chicken is healthy just because its chicken. They fry that stuff in trans fat-way bad for you. McDonald's has all that dressing on the big mac, can you say 600 calories for just the burger, not to mention the fries. The whopper has mayo and it;s real greasy. just do your body a favor and drive into a Wendy's if you have to get fast food.

Hard one, they are all more than 800 calories.... I would say BK (To the coal, Roasted meat not fried) Don't u dare 2 ask for the combo, forget the fries (are worse than the burguer, less vitamins and almost the same fat) and ask for water or a little diet coke.
If you can eat it withouth sauces it's better...
You should try a chicken burger, but not the fried chicken, the other, they have it in BK.

All of fast food places are serving fat and greasy food. Perhaps there is a place better for your health in your area where they serve salads, vegetarian buffet, healthy soup, even pizza is not as fat to think of it! If you like tomatoes and garlic, and pieces of ground chicken.
Mind you, I love Hamburgers too...The last place I would recommend is KFC.
The chicken is swimming in fat!
