I called the girl at the window a stupid fat B**ch, because she forgot to put BBq sauce in my nuggets. They told me that they now record all audio and video at the drive thru and that they are going to turn me in for verbal abuse. Can they legally do this?

With the possibility of an increase of the minimum wage the operaterors will raise thier prices and lower their labor % as they have done for the past 20 years. So they will remove more employees to do the same or more quantity of business but not nessicarily the same $$. This will effect the customer service negatively and this is why I pose this ? for they take ( steal ) our $$ without really serveing us.

I have a favorite Chinese fast food place I like because they have the best pepper steak meal I've ever bought for five bucks.

or discrimination? my store manager doesn't like me that much. other people have called in sick for 3 or 4 days and they never got suspended for it, but i did. what kind of sh** is that? should i talk to the district manager about this? what is your guys opinion? what do u think about this?i work at a burger king. i need honest opinions please thanks!

I know that chicken from fast food restaurants is not healthy because it is deep fried in trans fat oil (ie. chicken nuggets, chicken burgers, etc.). If i were to cut the fried batter part off, so Im left with just the white meat.. does this do anything? Does it get rid of the trans fat part of the chicken?

Read an article in the newspaper about KFC planning on changing their name back to Kentucky Fried Chicken and remodeling all of its previous restaurants with the name change.

The website already has the new logo but the tv ads do not use the full name yet.

What does everyone think about this?

I go to Wendy's, Burger King, Taco Bell, KFC and they never take very long to get the food to you at the drive thru. But at McDonald's they have cars lined up all the way around the building waiting. Even when you go late at night and no one is there, you wait at least five minutes just to get one or two burgers. I walked into the store across from the McD's last night, was in there a few minutes, come out and the same two cars are sitting at the drive thru.
