I have always been disappointed in them both, especially Golden Corral. Subway doesn't put much meat or anything else on their sandwiches, it doesn't even look like anything is on it until you open it up. Nothing like the commercials thats for sure.

Golden Corral because there are more choices, but yeah if you are on a diet I'd steer clear of any all-you-can-eat buffet...

I'd say Golden Corral if you are not on a diet. Subway if you are. Safe enough?

Golden Corral is great for family. Everybody can eat what they like. And you can make smart choices there and still eat healthy.

Subway is probably the best for your health and if you're on a diet. I don't know which one tastes better though.
