I know that chicken from fast food restaurants is not healthy because it is deep fried in trans fat oil (ie. chicken nuggets, chicken burgers, etc.). If i were to cut the fried batter part off, so Im left with just the white meat.. does this do anything? Does it get rid of the trans fat part of the chicken?

If you like that kind of chicken, why not go to your grocery store or a health food grocery store like Whole Foods and buy frozen fried chicken that you can bake, that does not contain trans fats.

it would be much cheaper if you simply buy a pakage of chicken breasts and bake them with no oil or seasoning and then chow down
