Before you say no, think of this: some people are gonna say that its the people's fault for going there and its not like fast food restaurants are putting a gun to your head and making you eat there. BUT...the companies are taking advantage of the lack of self-control ppl have and offereing a LARGE amount of quantity for a cheap price which makes ppl think that its a good idea...and because of this, fast food restaurants are indirectly forcing ppl to go there...so read this before you say no...

I want to get on a diet and what I always get over there is white bread regular size and MOZZARELLA chesse with chicken and lettuce with honey musturd and tomtates is that healthy or what should I change? And do I eat it show because I always eat my food fast?

Anybody who eats A BK shouldnt. I used to work at BK. I could tell you some stories. They would drop their tongs and pick them back up and use them. Not sanitized at all. when you drop something on the floor you are supposed to wash your hands and chance gloves. Theywould drop food on the floor and would want to pick it up after ward. Grose. have you ever gone to a Fast food rest. Yah.. those fries are exspired. Ask for fresh ones. Your hamberger sit in greese all the time. After 1 Minute they are supposed to though them out. I would suggust not eating At BK near the Swansea Mall, in swansea.

I know they only make minimum wage.
I know it's probably not the job they want.
I'm not here to put anyone down.
I've worked at fast food, i know it sucks but i was NEVER rude. I did my job with a smile on my face.

Story:
I went to Wendys yesturday. All i wanted was a medium fry and a medium coke .. im a vegetarian .. anyways, its not like my order was that hard. The lady taking my money was white .. she didn't say a word to me. Just stuck out her hand and slapped her gum real loud. Now, i live in a very nice city, not "ghetto" or anything. I gave her the money, she handed me the change and shut the window real hard. I got to the 2nd window .. black lady .. handed me my fry, didnt say a word and just stared at me .. then she said "what!?" .. and i said "i ordered a coke" .. she said "no you didnt" .. then the manager stepped in, handed me my coke, she also did not say a frickin' word!!!

What the deal????? Whats the problem????

Why is that? Aren't these people ashamed of themselves? I've seen tons and tons of obese patrons at McDonalds and these people don't seem to mind that they will be having all sorts of health complications because they abuse their bodies with trashy food. McDonalds is the worst kind of food that there is out there. Why do Americans insist on eating junk food? Than they are the same ones that complain and complain about their taxes going up. In reality they are the same ones causing the tax increases since all the health services are overburdened with so many unhealthy patients that have all sorts of health complications either because they ate too much junk food or because they were smoking tobacco. Isn't it Ironic that the same ones that complain about the high cost of living are the same ones that are responsible for the increase?

Do any exist anywhere? This was a great place, and were similar to Sonic, but had great A&W Root Beer Floats, etc. I know A&W Root Beer is still produced. Have you ever been to one? Where was it located? The one I went to as a kid was located in Southeastern Colorado.
