i have never heard of an eggplant parmesan sandwich at subway but have seen a chicken parmesan sandwich.

Any sub keep that would not have an eggplant parmigiana sub (or hero) isn't a actual Italian sub keep (who do you think of invented sub sandwiches, the British?) and could bypass out of enterprise!

I have worked at Subway for three years in WI and our market never has. But different areas make different sandwiches.

maybe as test product in a test market, and it didnt stick. sort of how mcdonalds is doing with the angus burger in LA. but that looks like it will stick.
