Try switching to whole grain bread. Other than that, that sandwich is healthy and fine if you're dieting. Don't have a regular soda though!

It doens't sound very healthy to me. I'm sure it will be fine every once in a while, but the bread is large and has a lot of calories. It's covered with cheese. And I'm sure there is a ton of sugar in the honey mustard. Last I heard, Quiznos had not even released nutritional information on their sandwhiches, which probably isn't a good sign.

1) the whole grain bread will be healthier.
2) eat slow - take one bite and chew it at least 20 times, then wait a bit and eat another bite, and chew. You will find that you start to be full before having eaten the whole thing. Stop eating.
3) do not drink when you eat that makes so you will eat more before you feel full. Drink lots of liquid but don't drink 20 min. before a meal of for 1 hr. after a mea.

I relish Quizno's extra advantageous than the different sub or sandwich place i've got eaten at. The toasty subs are so sturdy. i've got continually gotten super provider there and that i continually get purely what I order.

I have heard that the only way people usually lose weight from eating sub sandwiches is, from not adding any extras besides meat, lettuce and bread. If you add mayo, mustard or anything else its no help.

Go with a whole wheat or whole grain bread, which is better.
If you are doing a low-carb diet, avoid the honey mustard as well. Mayo and/or mustard is better.

It sounds like a "healthy" meal to me, but I am not an expert. And YES, it would be better to slow down when you eat. It takes some time for the stomach to tell the brain that "you are full" so slow down.

You need to loose the cheese, switch to a low fat vinaigrette, and eat it on wheat!
