It is asking me to Use a text editor to create a file and name it reset.cmd. Save the reset.cmd in C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools folder. but i don't know how. =[

I'd like to know about creating a model with hair in 3DS Max (I currently have version 7). I'm talking about any kind of hair: long hair, Disney's Cinderella's hair (if I were to create a real-life-like model) and even hair for cats and dogs.

There are locations and then:

\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERdb5e.dir00\appcompat.txt
\LOCALS~1\Temp\8e2e_appcomp.txt

And everytime I try to log off or shut down my computer it sticks with the program ccApp what is that?
