It is asking me to Use a text editor to create a file and name it reset.cmd. Save the reset.cmd in C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools folder. but i don't know how. =[

Create your file with what ever start up preferences you desire and then save the file as a .txt file out of the notepad application. Then go back and rename the file extension from .txt to .cmd.

I use this method to create game file preferences.

You can save a file created in notepad with any extension, just choose "All Files" under the file types combo box when you click on File and Save. Append .cmd as the file extension.

file > save as
select all files
type reset.cmd
(.cmd is needed)
