i know the code to put the scroll bar but i don't it seems that it won't show up when i put in it in. can you help. maybe i'm doing something else wrong.

Are you trying to get just the div interests to scroll? Add an "overflow: scroll;" to your css.

Are you an good at fixing things in general? Do you have confindence in yourself that once you take apart your mouse that you will be able to fix it or put it back together? If your answer is no to any of those, break down and buy a new mouse.

I get scrollbars in IE6, IE7, FF2, FF1.5, and Opera 9.
