There are locations and then:
\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERdb5e.dir00\appcompat.txt
\LOCALS~1\Temp\8e2e_appcomp.txt
And everytime I try to log off or shut down my computer it sticks with the program ccApp what is that?

The ccApp is Norton AntiVirus. That is fine. It usually hangs up on my friends Windows 2000 computer. My XP computer doesn't do it, but have heard of others who DO see it when shutting down. Just let it cut off or whatever.
As for the other things. This link should help. Found it when I used Yahoo! search. You probably would have too.

Navigate to your C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Locals~1\TEMP, and erase the contents of the "TEMP" folder.

ccApp is part of Norton Antivirus. You might try reinstalling it.
