I just registered domain name, now... I m lost I know nothing about designing a web site/page. I do have an idea of what I want, but thats about it. Im hoping to find a very nice and creative somebody to help me. :)

I'm unable to login into SQLPLUS using scott/tiger now.
today morning i was able to login using the same scott and tiger.
i'm getting error as
Error:
ORA-01034:ORACLE NOT AVAILABLE
ORA-27101:shared memory realm does not exist.

I've not installed/uninstalled any thing from my system since last connected.

The data base should use for research purpose, and shouls be easy to use. the researcher have to be able to take partial data from the big database. is has to have simple GUI/MMI. The data abous gifted childrens, their teacher an programs. it has many variables and many categories. I think SAS and SPSS are too simple for that. it had to enable statistical processing or convert it to SAS or SPSS format of data (to make the statisticall processing). so what is the best software?

what do i do? without having to get it reprogramed? I've got the win 98 se and i've programed and cleaned out a hd before. I've got the win 98 startup disk, floppy, and a win 95 se . Please explain what to do if i want to program it myself. Do i format dick c and then partision it? then put the cd boot floppy in? and try to program 95. and then upgrade to 98?

when i type all the details. it goes back again to the loop again and again!!!!!! it only happens with the computer at home. but i can still login at the office! what is wrong?? i tried every advice the "help" icon suggested, but nothing works. keeps bloody asking me again my email and password! I need to save certain colors so I can use the exact same colors over and over in a comic strip. (skin tones, clothing colors, etc,) But whenever someone closes the program, whether or not the image is saved, all I get back is the original default colors. Isn't there a way to do this?
And if you don't know that, then maybe you can make my day and tell me what exactly IS the best surface to use with a laser mouse. 'Cuz it's not a mousepad!! I hate this damned thing.

I accidentally downloaded Yahoo! Messenger 'Singapore' instead of just Yahoo! Messenger (US version). Every time I open it up, a pop up block appears saying "Welcome to Yahoo! Messenger Singapore". I do not want to have Yahoo! Messenger Singapore as my default homepage for Yahoo! Messenger as I do not live in Singapore. So if anyone knows how to change this setting so that my Yahoo! Messenger homepage opens as the US version, I would really appreciate your help! Thanks!!

I am making a 30 minute film. It's one of those "claymation" films, which is like those Wallace & Gromit films and like the film Chicken Run.

I am just about to start making it. I know how to make it' but I need a few tips and also can you tell how I should make furnitures and vehicles for the film and what I should make them out of.

And can you also tell me where I can post it on the internet, so people can watch it.
