is there a dvd burner program that is diffrent then nero but has can actully work?

i want a program to burn a dvd video and that lets me choose the speed....please thanks and as i said i want one that is diffrent then nero,....thanks!!!!!

I recommend Total Video Converter which allows you choose the speed, at the same time, works well.
