Trying to install a program that requires the SQL server with a service pack 3. I am sure I need to update this with Microsoft, but how do I know what I have already?

I am trying to develop a new gismo which requires an audio voice such as that found in a cellphone or alarm watch.It needs to be minature and run on a watch type battery [or other low energy source].I'm a complete layman in respect of this type of kit.Can anybody please tell me the name of this type of equipment and where I might find it.

Not an administrator login, but one that only accesses the member's images by verifying their cookie and taking them to "my pictures". I'm only a little concerned about security, so...medium level? I rad about PHP, but I don't know how to implement the code to my website. I read javascript fluently. Any ideas? maybe even direct me to a website?

I want to make a mirror image/reflection of an image. I copy the layer, and try to flip vertically. I can flip the image but not the layer by itself, so I end up having to make the layer its own image, flip it, and the move it back into my original image...

There has to be an easier way.

I've read that someone wanted to encrypt HTML for clients hoping that they'd be able to read, but not extract the information. That's not what I want. I want to password protect the whole disc so before you can do anything, you need to input a password at a prompt that pops up. I figure if it works for software manufactures when you buy their product you have to enter a key, then there must be a way to do it with a script that runs in the autorun.exe file. Any help is appreciated but if you are unsure or just don't know, don't offer to help. TIA.

I am trying to send this url:
http://news.google.com/?ned=us&topic=b&output=rss as a variable inside of another url (i can't copy the actual URL i'm trying to make cause it shows up as a link in here and its not all displayed). The problem is everything after the first & is assigned a variable and not left intact (as it should do, but not what i want). I tried putting that in single quotes but that result can only be described as strange. I'm not really sure what else to do, any help is greatly appreciated.

I want to add a new content in begining of a file. How can i do it.
My idea is reading all the data from a file to a variable and write the new content in to a file and then write the old content from a variable.

Can anybody please help me know conditions which PHP odbc_exec() and unlink() functions fail on?

I read PHP documentation and it says, each of these two functions return TRUE on success and FALSE on failure.

I know that odbc_exec() fails if,
There's no database connection.
There's a syntax error in SQL statement.

I also know that unlink() fails if,
There's not such an input file.
The write permission is blocked.

What I want to know is other cases which these two functions fail on...

I need to have all the contents of my feedback form on my webpage inserted into an email and emailed to my email address using only html. I have tried CGI/PHP/ASP and my server doesn't support those because I don't have SMTP. Is there a way to do it through HTML programming?

How to Remove deleted Operating Syetm on a multi-Operating Sytem upon boot up?
I actually deleted my windows 98 which shares the same location/drive/prompt with my Windows 2000sp4, I tried to remove
win98 from msconfig but that doesnt work out, I also tried to edit it and remove it at system panel at advance tab start-up and recovery, it didnt work out either how can I remove this win 98 at boot up?any idea......

Sometimes it seems to follow them, like "stop()" commands. But many other actions, seem to get ignored in the first frame of a movie clip, like telling a movieclip to "play()". Why is this?
