I have installed VP-EYE camera for chating & i did all informations in CD, but it didn't work?

when i connect VP-EYE camera to computer the icon of USB shows that USB is unknown. what more should i do to fix this problem????

resinstall the drivers
using the cd.
since i have the same camera, and i need to reistall the drivers
