I know this is a simple program, because I've seen it on the internet before, but I have no idea how it works.

My kids were playing a game on my computer. They were pressing several keys on the keyboard and now everything displayed on my monitor is upsidedown. Everything is backwards such that when I move the mouse in one direction, it moves the opposite way.

Hey there, Just wondering what is the best way to build my database. I know this question depends on what type of application I'm developing, but in general, I was wondering if it was common to separate some things out into different databases for security reasons - for example, keeping user info in a different db than everything else? I know there should be backup db's as well, but my question is specifically within a single web app? Thanks.

I forgot, and I loaned my book to my friend.

You know, the little windows box that comes up with the alert and the ok button. People usually make them pop-up to say "welcome to my website" or something.(that's lame and it's not my intent.)

I have Visual Studio .NET 2003 and I am hoping to work with Visual C++, but I can only find tutorials for regular "C++" and "Visual Studio 4".

Is there a difference between Visual C++ and C++? If there is, please tell me what it is.

Is there an Internet standard on this? It seems that some crawlers or search robots are picking up the footer on my web site and are listing it in the search results. What can I do to fix this? Is it really necessary to have anything there at all?

Would it be possible for one of you batch programmers out there to right a simple batch keylogger (don't worry, I assure you I am not breaking any laws!) to run in the backround and then out the output into a text file. I would also like it to stop if a key such as [Esc] or any of the function keys. It doesn't matter if it shows up in the taskbar, as I say, I'm not spying on anyone, I'm using it for my own purposes (however, I would like it to work whilst minimised if possible).
If you batch programmers could give me your program in your answer and I will make a batch file out of it. If you know your batch and know this isn't possible, perhaps you could write a Visual Basic program instead, and I will use that instead.
Best answer will be given to the best program. Any explanation of parts of your program will increase your chances of snagging that best answer.
