I've cleared my cache and cookies etc and I'm really frustrated because I really want/need to see The Simpsons!!!

I'm looking to open a website, but not to sure what to do and use, I wasnt to make my own website but don't know HTML codes, I heard there's things where you make you're website by templates and then make it by doing this.
I've also heard of things like turnkeys??? what's this???

would like to know you're knowledge on websites and what would be the best???

like sometimes people will bold something and it'll change colors...and they'll underline something and a border will come on the bottom. and they'll italicize something and it'll change color also. what is the code for this?

My Webpage is a 3 column blog, and I have a feeling that it is not being displayed properly in IE6 and older. I went to it on an older computer, and instead of seeing 3 columns, I only saw 2. So, I'd just like have some input as to what you see. Three column, or two??

PLEASE read this in detail.

In a regular myspace page there are the white background and then the gray/silver background on the sides and bottom of the page. I want to know how to change ONLY the gray/silver part of the background. I saw this on someone's page a while back and loved it.
I hate using those layouts and such just because it's not my style.. I just want to add a LITTLE of my flavor to the page.
So, If you know the CODE for changing ONLY gray/silver part of the background please let me know.
If you need to go visit my page [link at the end of this] and look at the gray/silver background, in case you don't know what i am talking about.

ALSO:
If your going to put the html code in here make sure the whole thing shows up :X To make sure it all works out dandy you can e-mail me the code as well... or message it to me on my myspace.
