IT was cheap and I like it but it hasn't come. the seller said that she sent it and it has been over a month. It's not even cold here anymore!
What now?

Tell the seller you need tracking info on the package, if they cant give you any then tell them to send another and supply you with tracking info. If they refuse then you need to start a complaint on the seller through ebay. If you used paypal then do the same thing with them and they will try to resolve the complaint. If they are unable to resolve it with the seller they will refund your payment, as long as the seller is a verified paypal member.

If the seller said they sent it ask him or her for proof of mailing it to you. Since it has been over a month and you have not received your item email the seller again and if they said it was sent you need proof it was and then if there is no proof email eBay from your eBay account and tell them your item was not received. They will look into it. I hope you get your item its a shame some sellers are bad.

Ask the seller if they kept a proof of postage. Decent sellers usually get proof.

1) Get the tracking number on packege.
2)go to the website of who's sending it, ex: Fedex
3) There should be a link for track.
4)It will probably askfor tracking number, enter it, ex. of tracking #: 65742121544
5) Then it should have it
