My friends showed me this site where if you type in a question then "peter" gives you an answer. they were able to answer personal questions about me but when i tried it, it wouldn't answer. OBVIOUSLY I KNOW IT'S A JOKE. but i wanna find out the trick to it.

Ok, I know this quesion is asked about 700 times a day, but trust me this is NOT just for "myspace". I need to get around my school browser because they have sites that I need blocked. Doing research around here is darn near impossible because google is blocked, and most of the sites that pop up in my searches are blocked as well. I NEED TO FIND A WAY TO BYPASS THE BLOCKING!!! Thanks.

in fact i dont know how to call this because pop-ups come from a website when i surf to that specific website.
but here..i have not even gone to any website..neither have i open internet explorer..they just come up on my screen and its really annoying!
1 more fing:
There's a disturbing little noise when i connect my headset or speakers to the audio out of the cpu..any one has any idea how to get rid of this??
