i just changed my password for my myspace because i think someone hacked into it but now as i try to put it in it keeps coming up with invalid and wont let me in and i tried the old password and new but it wont work and i did the whole "forgot your password" thing and it sent it to my email and it was the password from my old old account and not my current password

can someone plz help me get into my account without having to make a totally new one

every day I get tons of "friend" requests from random strangers I've never met. according to their pictures, they are all hot girls.

but i'm not stupid. i know these are just spam. i usually delete them before i even look at them. i've clicked on a few of them to see the "girl's" profile just to make sure what I'm deleting is spam, and sure enough it's pretty obvious: they have created a fake profile describing some hot young thing, and then a link to a dating website or something saying "come see me on this site" and it's obviously just a ploy to get gullible myspace users to sign up for these online dating sites and lose their money.

what i want to know is: is it really worth these spammers' time to send out all these fake spam friend requests. i'd imagine it would take a lot of time to create all these fake profiles and then send out friend requests to so many guys on myspace. is it really economical for them to do this? is anyone gullible enough? howcome myspace doesnt stop it?

ok, for some reason my myspace background image has dissapeared. I use mygen.co.uk, and I have always used it for my layouts. I have had my background image for about three weeks and then it just dissapeared. I have tried using about 12 different websites to generate my background and it works, but when I post the code in my about me section, it doesn't show up on my page.

The picture that I use is still on the net, cause I can still find it by search. And I haven't done a code to block out my background, it just dissapeared.

I've been trying to fix this problem for about two weeks now and have had no luck what so ever. I've even tried using different background images and preset layouts, but still nothing.
