Even if you would find the websites, it won't help you. They'll either ignore your messages asking them to stop, or they'll simply deny having sent you any spam. Best way is to ignore spam by simply deleting it...

Ask a question here or on forums and put you email address in the question the only problem though is that your buddies gonna know its from you and then he is going to tap you right in the map with a hammer
