how did u like their service? did u think the quality of merchandise was up to par, did they send the goods within 3-4 days? what are ur thoughts on the service overall?

I have purchased from Overstock several times. Generally their service was very good. The goods always shipped within 3-4 days (and once they came the very next day)except when I ordered dining chairs which took about 8 days and ones of the legs was messed up. I ordered drapes and had to send them back because the color was much darker but returning them was easy. They email you a preprinted/prepaid return label and all. The quality of the chairs and the drapes were good (except for the broken leg) I bought a comforter set which was great quality. The key is to go by the original price that they have listed. This will tell you the quality of the retailer whose "overstock" it is. I would recommend giving them a try. They saved me so much time and effort when I moved last year.

Yes fast service I don't think it was 4 days but it came on time and was just as I expected.

We bought a down comforter about 4 years ago. It was very nice! I really liked it. I don't know if it would have held up a long time because about 1 year after we bought it our house burnt down and we lost everything, so I don't have it anymore. I really liked it.
