Once you have deleted a certain item of history from your computer, is there anyway of finding the history again on your computer? or is it deleted forever from you computer?

ok im a developer im submitting an item into the catalog and i keep on getting this on top

"Catalog icon must be 100 pixels wide and 80 pixels high."

Ok so my friend has a site where a bunch of us sign in and leave messages and stuff. Well there's this one girl Who thinks it's funny to sign in with other peoples names and write mean stuff like "im so STUPID, i need to get a life!" and stuff. The trouble is she's also a friend tht ive been having some troubles with lately well, i dont want to believe it, but im pretty sure she's added me into her list of people to be mean to or as she probly thinks of it "to be "funny" too. I'm not entirely sure its her, but she's the only one who's been doing it, and all evidence points to her. But I dont want to confront her because I'm no ENTIRELY sure its her. But How should I handel this. Its really getting on my nerves, and its not just because she used my name, -i think- its also because she's hurting other people, and that hurts me a lot worse than her using my name. How do I get her to stop, w/o causing a huge fight? --it could become dangerous to become her enemy-- plz help me 10 pts to

I'm working on a worksheet in which I have to find quotes. Most, such as "Man cannot learn without God's help" only turn up the original worksheet and no actual results. Do any search engines exist that will automatically search (without me typing in various ways) for various forms, such as "One can't learn without God's help" or "Man cannot learn without help from God"?

I currently have Earthlink dial up and the Verizon DSL service for 19.99 a month that just came out isn't available in my area. I'm totally at a loss trying to find high speed internet that will be affordable to me. I would be so grateful if someone could just help lead me in the right direction so I can get up to speed. I was just wondering how much time you think being online is excessive. I seem to spend an average of about 3 hours a day online (have a full time job), probably because I have a laptop and so can just lie on my bed. Most of the time it's on things like this (which is good) and myspace and the same old sites.
