I was just wondering how much time you think being online is excessive. I seem to spend an average of about 3 hours a day online (have a full time job), probably because I have a laptop and so can just lie on my bed. Most of the time it's on things like this (which is good) and myspace and the same old sites.

Well, when it's the holidays and I have nothing to do I can spend up to 16 hours a day on the internet...I do start feeling a bit weird after a few days lol

I spend around 5 hrs aday online as I'm off work sick, however when at work (f/t) I only spend around 2 hours/night. I think anything over 6/7 hours is unhealthy especially for children.

well i used to spend up to 10 hours during holidays. now probably the most i spend is about 3, and that's not everyday. i'd say keep it at 3 or so.
