check your settings?>>>Internet options

open up proberties where you actually change the wallpaper of your Desktop but don't open Desktop

open up settings from proberties then then you will see what it says color quality check on it and see if its on (highest(32bit) that was wrong with my computer too but i just started looking to see if i could fix it by my self and i sure did
