Hi, I want to make my own website for business use, I don't mind paying a reasonably small amount for it, as i have read that free web pages are often plagued with pop ups. I am not really familiar with any web host providers and plan to get a book to help me create my website. I live in uk, if that matters, and need some advice please. Thank you to everyone for your answers. :)

everytime i go online for awhile, a page keeps on poping out containing adult stuffs, it really bothers me. i used spyware doc but it cant find it. wat should i do to find out where it came from , and how do i get rid of it!? i m really scared.............

I have Exim configured to reject fictional users.

However, spammers are currently using some of my domains with fictional users and some of their messages are bouncing from their destinations.

I am getting dozens of automated emails a day to postmaster about these bounces from SMTP servers round the world.

They are obscuring any genuine bounce messages.

What steps can I take to reject bounce messages caused only by fictional users?

I have a yahoo email address. I can sign in....I can access my address book....games etc. But when I click on mail it either knocks me out of yahoo(returning me to my screen saver) or it brings me to a security page. When I test my speed at speakeasy.com, there are two information they give me. The Upload and Download Speed. What is their difference except for their spelling? There functions... Most of the time my Upload Speed is more higher than Download Speed..
