No unfortunately you have to go one by one and unsubscribe to all of them. be carefull though because you might get an E-mail virus. This might work but it does not always work. Good luck.

You can't completely stop bulk mails, unsubscribing will just make it worse, especially if you don't remember ever subscribed to them, coz it actually lets the bulk mail senders know that you still actively check this email account, and thus will send out even more. The only way is to filter them out, and if you really received tons of bulk mails, I suggest that you change your email address, and don't register for an account or give out your email address easily on the Internet, make sure that you've read their privacy policy.

go to options in your mail providers tool. if you have yahoo you can disable receiving spam and bulk, but at the same time some people will send you mail and it will on occasion go to your bulk box. If this a problem for you and you are not able to disable it, you can start by copying the addresses you don't want, go back to options and click on block address and start by entering in the address in one by one. other than that if you have an ongoing prob. and you are flooded with bulk, the only other option is to create another address. if you use msn, google or some other mail services check into their options and see what they have to offer. if they don't offer any options it would be a good time to start looking into other mail services. yahoo is free and it accommodates to what is needed for the basic user.
