From your previous questions it seems you want to try being a nurse. Go to the US Embassy and ask for help becoming a nurse in the US. Since the US is short of nurses at this point, they may be able to point you to something.

As for "the forces", that probably meant joining the army, not the police. Hopefully you can meet those requirements. Ask to be trained in a medical field, as a previous person suggested.

Do what you love, and the money will follow. Do you like computers? There are hundreds of types of computer design and repair careers. Do you like children? Try teaching. Don't necessarily go straight to the obvious jobs, though--I like to read, so I went to law school. After I graduated, I found out I don't like public speaking, and I can't take the overtime.
