there is no BEST broadband for xbox,
it MUST be 2mb or higher though

I don't think the provider really makes much of a differance if you are just playing games on Live, however if you are also going to host games you will need a decent connection, 2meg as a minimum, but more importantly you will want a decent upstream pipe. Typical BB providers may let you download at 2Meg, but the upstream pipe (spead you upload data) may be as low as 256 Kilobits.
