I WANT TO CREATE MY OWN WEBSITE FOR BUSINESS (RELATED TO HOME BASED JOBS, EMAIL DATABASE, ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY ONLINE AND OFCOURSE LOTS OF FUN AND ENTERTAINMENT TOO WITH LOTS OF FREEBEES)PURPOSE. SO CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT ARE THE THING NEEDED TO CREATE AN ATTRACTIVE AND SUCCESSFUL WEBSITE (DETAILED AND STEP BY STEP DESCRIPTION)
[NOTE: I HAVE DOMAIN NAME REGISTERED AND LOOKING FOR HOSTING FOR FREE FOR THE FIRST MONTH, ECOMMERCE FEATURES, PASSWORD PROTECTED DIRECTORIES,ETC.] I DONT HAVE ANY CREDIT CARD -THE BIG PROBLEM. aLSO TELL ME ABOUT THE LOGO, WESITE DESIGN. HOW TO SETUP MY OWN TERMS AND PRIVACY FOR MY WEBSITE, ETC.

My mother sent me an email stating that she got alot
of "spam"on her computer lately. I aM not too sure what she
reguards as spam. It seems to me that "one mans spam is
another mans life", but I can't tell her that...(((LOL)))

I find many dead links that exist for weeks, sometimes months.
I find incomplete sports data. How come there is no clock on the new homepage? These all need to be brought to Yahoo's attention. HOW???????

How do i do this in my answers, as a novice?
