You have been given some good answers but most all internet providers (AOL or whatever) provide you with the ability to make your own personal web pages as part of the service. So check with your internet provider. If you only use the internet at someones house or at the library then the free web building sites listed by another above will be useful.

I think you can get one through Yahoo! it will be through Geocities. It's worth a shot.
