Yes--I'm sure that whoever it was that parked it there could give you at least one good reason that they did so-----and----do you have some reason to believe that this is a bad thing ???
But--my question is why is this question parked in the internet section---and is that a good thing ???

I heard a news snippet on something like that. The rise in gas prices is also causing a rise in fuel theft from farm equipment. You might want to check how much fuel is left in its tank.
