Hi,
We have broadband at home, and two laptops which have wireless internet but it's really hard to get on the internet with it as we don't have wireless in the house. To get it, what do you need? A router? Wireless box? I'm a bit dumb when it comes to all these things can someone please explain to me what I need and how it works?
Thanks!

Usually XP will detect new hardware when I put a network card into the motherboard and then the wizard will pop up and I will be able to install the drivers. I have tried to manually recognize the hardware but that did not work. I have also tried different slots on the motherboard and even a sound card but the computer will still not detect them.
