Yes....You can talk to as many people as you want to on your list....Just double click on their name....I have had up to 4 friends screens at a time, Kinda hard keeping up with all the chatting, But it's fun.....Good Luck

Yes. You can have more than one pm [Personal message] or im [instant message] windows open on your screen while using the Yahoo Messenger; and also be chatting in a chat room at the same time.
It's a headache, though, since you won't be able to give each person adequate attention and your response time is bound to suffer when you do this because of the distractions.
You need to add the people you'd like to chat with on your Messenger to your friends, if you'd like to find them quickly.

Yes, you can put both people in a group and send the IM to both by right clicking on the group and selecting "send Instant Message to All in Group" but they will only see your IM and not each others responce or if you prefer to open a with the other two where all of you can see what everyone is IMing, you can select one of them at first and then under the "Action" tag select "Invite to Conference" and then start inviting others.

yes, you can send a message to a group by right clicking the group's name and then send an instant message or if they are not in a group select each one by holding Ctrl pressed and then right click and send an instant message. good luck.

A 250 MB report is slightly... huge to be sending over the internet. in case you already know this individual in genuine existence, in simple terms burn it to a CD and components it to them. in case you want to deliver it by skill of yahoo messenger, there should be something called a report move.
