Hi everyone
As i understand an 8 valve 4 cylinder engine has 2 valves per cylinder with one acting as an input and the other the output(Sorry i cant remember the correct terms for them)
And a 16v engine has these doubled so you get double and thus a faster car.

my question is how does a 12v engine work?

I did a tune up on the car and it didn't help. The car cuts out while driving and when stopped it cuts out real bad and it sounds awful. Could it be the cam going out?

I just found out 3 days ago that my boyfriend, 3 cats and I are moving to Las Vegas from NJ. Does anyone have any HELPFUL advice/tips/ideas they've learned from their experience of moving across the country?

As it stands right now, we are renting a truck and doing the move ourselves - while towing one car and driving the other car (with the cats) out there. I know it's going to be difficult, so any advice based on experience would be helpful!

The two rear tires are fine. The dealer said becase I didn't rotate them enough. I find this unlikely after only 15000 miles. I replaced the two tires and have since rotated them twice and at 19000 they are goingt bald again. What's wrong with this car?

I havent been in a wreck and the truck only has 34000 miles on it. I checked the fuse and its Ok and I even unhooked the battery for a few minutwes to reset the codes. Anyone have any ideas? Everything else works ok.

I've notice it's happening more and more lately and it is quite annoying. At first it only happened during the winter, but this summer it happened all summer. Now I try closing the car door with my feet or butt instead of my hands. Is there anything I can do to prevent the shocking?
