Chromaflex is possibly another name for Chromaflare, a product from the USA.
It's incorporated by many paint manufacturers, and is normally applied over a black basecoat (yes, i know it sounds weird) then coated with a 2k lacquer or clearcoat and the end effect is of multi-colours changing as you move around the object. It was used on the TVR in Swordfish (movie)
There are many different paint stockists, so what you need to do in rder to get your mits on some (its also very expensive) is find a refinish paint supplier close to your area. Suggest you search under "paint factors" on yell.com or something like that,

Dupont has Chroma Paint which is clear and you can add flex agent to it if painting over plastic. Contact Automotive paint dealers selling multi lines of fine professional paints and supplies. They are the beat places to find all coatings paints sand paper and spray equiptment.
