3 exits, 1st is at 8 o'clock, 2nd is at 10 o'clock and 3rd is at 2 o'clock. I am coming from 6 o'clock eg the 4th exit, it has 3 lanes to enter the roundabout. The exit that I want only has one lane. Can a car in the left lane take the 2nd exit, can myself in the middle lane take the 2nd exit? We then have two cars, side by side, heading for a single lane!!! Who has right of way or should the car in the left lane only turn left? No road markings remember. Hope that all makes sense!

how much cost to renewing provisional car license?

the issued date of this license is 06.01.2006, probebly it valid till one year (I am not sure) and may be I would have not enough time to take part in theory test this year.

What do you know about the lemon law?

I recently went to North Carolina and purchased a used car for my neice. I had a mechanic go over the car. There were no problems. Now it is a week later and the car is skipping. I called the dealership and told him that either he fix it, replace it, or give my money back. I told him that it had not been 30 days yet. He says that it does not matter because in NC that the lemon law only applies to new cars.Is this true?

Is front wheel drive really that much better in the snow?

I've been looking for a new car, and all the ones I like are rear wheel drive. But because I go to school in an area with a fair bit of snow, I'm wondering if I should go with a front wheel drive instead. Are they really that much better?
