the issued date of this license is 06.01.2006, probebly it valid till one year (I am not sure) and may be I would have not enough time to take part in theory test this year.

In the UK look at the photograph licence it will say when expires. But don't worry it is defino valid for more than 1 year. A mate of mine has had his for 3 years.
