You'll probably have to ask a professional to help you out. There is something you can do to the window with a coat hanger that will make it go down so that you can reach in, but that depends on what kind of car you have. You can try reading this for some advice:

Are you inside the vehicle too? If so, open the door and take the keys with you.

Is a door or the rear hatch unlocked? I'll assume you can figure it out from there.

Do you have a spare set of keys? Again, I'll assume you can take it from there.

Is it an older car where you can physically force down one of the windows?

Assuming you can't use a coat hanger, and you don't want to break a side window to get at the keys, then call a locksmith.

If you don't have a spare key, you'll need a locksmith to open it. Depending on the age of your car, you may be able to use a metal rod, called a "jimmy" to pop the lock, but this only works on older cars. New ones are put together differently and a jimmy won't work.
