I am researching this question for my blog.

If you have all of the following ways to contact customer service (for any company) available, which method would you use?

- phone
- web chat
- email
- forum/bulletin board
- skype/IM
- drive and visit HQ

Of course it will depend on your need, but for purposes of this poll, let's consider it a basic product usage question.

The company has checks outstanding going back to 2002. What would be the proper treatment for these checks? Should they be voided or reported as unclaimed property? What is the proper accounting treatment if they are voided this year? Does anyone know what the Massachusetts requirements are for treatment of old outstanding checks?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Can anyone explain these terms to me? I know the 3 definitions viz:

- Debit that comes in credit that goes out
- Debit the receiver credit the giver
- Debit all expenses and losses credit all income and gains

But these definitions confuse me and sometimes seems to be contradicting eachother. Can someone help?

We're in the hospitality business. Some of our desk agents get a commission for referring customers to a certain rental car company. That company's rep came by and delivered an envelope with two of our employees' names on it. Agent One arrived later but knew she had money coming. She asked Agent Two, who denied having received anything on Agent One's behalf. Agent One grew suspicious and looked through the trash and found an envelope with both their names on it. Furthermore, the rep even confirmed delivery of an envelope with both names on it. Seeing as it's not directly related to company profit, how do I approach Agent Two? The evidence is clear. This goes to credibility and word will get out and no one will ever trust Agent Two.

I've always wondered if people who sell stuff on eBay create another ID/login, so when other buyers bid on their stuff, the seller can go into their other ID/login and then bid on themselves just to raise the price.
