last night i was redieved this mail from <> telling my i have won this huge amount of money, like US$500,000.00 (FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS...... but the email was sent from an account from hotmail........ guys are these stuff true??

I have a friend, to whom I have rented my house. So far, she has paid her rent on time, and she actually does a few things to fix up the place (it's nowhere near "done"). We have worked together for months, and I believe she's a competent, hard-working person. If only it were easy...

She only nets about $140 a week. And she has three pets. And she's not very good at... cash allocation. She has five bucks to buy a dvd, but she tried to beg me for some stamps (to send in utility checks).

She wants a roommate... but she thinks we can't get one until the house is 100% finished (it's like 60% now). But she has excuses about doing some little things... and I know they're crap.

Get a second job, right? Nope, she "can't" leave her animals alone in the house all day, because her dog eats garbage, or some crap. And the animals are staying...

I don't plan to throw her out. But how do I get her head in the game, thinking of how we Can instead of how we "can't"? Real answers.

i needed to send money to a bank account abroad, and my bank in this country (canada) said to wire it. It was $500 and it still hasnt reached my other bank a/c, been a week and a half now. My friend who used work for a bank told me i never should have wired it as money gets lost all the time this way and the bank wont take responsibility. She also added that theyre supposed to tell you about the risks and other ways to transfer money. They did none of this, and they were the ones who suggested i wire it.
Is this true??and is there a way i can get this money back if it is lost??

I am trying to guage consumer habits for a web site we are expanding. I quality or price more important to you... Given the same type item.. one is $99 and the other is $200. My girlfriend's boss usually gets 10 hours a day that she has to work. she usually opens the store at 10am and is supposed to be there until 8pm. She instead only comes in to opens the store and leaves a couple of hours later and she does this everyday for the past couple of years. she knows the override code for payroll so she just adjusts her hours. My girlfriend and i find this disrespectful and illegal and we want to get her in trouble for it because the rest of us work hard for our money. How much evidence do we need to convict her of these crimes? My girlfriend is scared that if she speaks out that her boss has the rights to fire her, is this true? We want her to get in a lot of trouble and expose her wrong doings. Please help!
